With over 23 years of experience within the industry, Executive Chef Eric Finney joined the team at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in 2009 and is responsible for the Resort’s restaurants and banquet service for over 120,000 sq. ft. of function space. Prior to his current position, Executive Chef Finney has had an extensive culinary career in esteemed hotel properties, including Resort at Squaw Creek, Omni Interlocken, and The Grand America Hotel.
A 22 year veteran of the culinary arts, Executive Pastry Chef George Rugel has a prestigious resume including The Hilton El Conquistador, The Phoenician Resort, and the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess.
