Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 5 PM hotel time 72 hours before arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty plus tax. No-show penalty: 1 night plus tax.

Advanced Purchase Cancellation Policy

This is a pre-paid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable reservation. Beyond a grace period of 24 hours from time of booking, dates cannot be modified.

Duplicate Reservation Cancellation Policy

When multiple rooms are booked, or multiple reservations are made, cancellation policies apply to each room and the customer is responsible for all bookings made, even if done in error.

Bereavement & Critical Illness Exception Requests

Reservations may be considered for refund in the event of the death or critical illness of the customer, immediate family, or traveling companion. Supporting documentation will be required.*

*Supporting documentation includes death certificate or obituary, proof of relationship, and reservation information.
