If you’re looking for something a little more naughty than sweet, look no further than the Love Bite cocktail available at the Lobby Bar.  A sweet and tart combination of Pineapple Rum, Amaretto, Crème de Cassis and lime make this concoction a tempting delight.  The pink treat is topped with a ripe strawberry, complimenting the blackberry flavor in the Crème de Cassis.  The Love Bite is priced at $9 and only available through the month of February.       

This Valentine’s Day celebrate with the one you love.  Our chefs have prepared a romantic dinner for two in the Lobby Grill on February 14^th.  The love affair begins with a chef’s choice amuse, followed by an enticing choice of either crab and watermelon gazpacho or a salad of mixed greens, strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette.  For your entrée choose either a filet of beef with a pinot green peppercorn demi glaze or seared bay scallops paired with hibiscus infused basmati rice.  Dessert will surely satisfy your desire for something sweet with a pistachio raspberry gelato tower inlayed with passion fruit mango sorbet drizzled with decedent chocolate sauce.
