The love affair begins with a chef’s choice amuse, followed by an enticing choice of either crab and watermelon gazpacho or a salad of mixed greens, strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette. For your entrée choose either a filet of beef with a pinot green peppercorn demi glaze or seared bay scallops paired with hibiscus infused basmati rice. Dessert will surely satisfy your desire for something sweet with a pistachio raspberry gelato tower inlayed with passion fruit mango sorbet drizzled with decedent chocolate sauce.
